games and good times! This race is also featuring the Seminole County Guns and
Hoses Challenge where close to 100 police and fire men and women will compete
in teams for a trophy and bragging rights.

Sunrise to Sunset Relay, 180 mile relay, Fort Myers to Jensen Beach FL, Be a part of the most thrilling
and the original coast-to-coast running relay to wind its way through the
beautiful streets, trails and sidewalks of Florida. The course wraps itself
from the Gulf Coast, around Lake Okeechobee, and ends at Jensen Beach on the
Atlantic Coast. The race starts Friday, March 25 at Lakes Regional Park in Fort
Myers. Starts times vary throughout the day based on team pace. About 25-30
hours later, teams finish Saturday at Indian Riverside Park in Jensen Beach
with finish line festivities that include food, drinks, entertainment, prizes
and an all-around feeling of accomplishment. Teams are comprised of up to 12
members who organize themselves into two vans, and then proceeded to take turns
running and driving for two days across the state.

rural Zambia, children as young as eight or nine have to walk one to two hours
each way to attend school. The majority will drop out before the age of 12. The
L.I.F.E. Project has successfully implemented 18 preschools, six 1st grade
equivalent classes and five adult literacy classes, which serve nearly 400
children and 145 adults WITHIN their own villages. This run/walk will benefit
the next 20 villages set to receive a L.I.F.E. Project school: 20 preschools
serving an average of 400 children, employing 45 adults and offering adult

race will be in Carlin Park, Jupiter, on Sunday, November 13 at 7:30
am. "Our daughter Zoe passed away
last October 30th due to encephalitis. It was very sudden and she died a week
prior to her sixteenth birthday. Zoe was a Junior at Suncoast high school. To
help us cope with our grief we started a not-for-profit foundation to
honor her memory. The primary mission of the foundation is to offer educational
scholarships to deserving students. We have already given out two scholarships;
one to a middle school student and another to a high school senior
for college. However, since Zoe was involved in so many service activities, we

Forces soldiers and led by Green Berets, the GORUCK Challenge is a team event
and never a race. Challenge cadre build each class into a team through
collective conditions of mental and physical exhaustion. Classes are small, camaraderie
is high, smiles are plentiful, and teamwork is paramount. You and your fellow Challenge takers all wear
GORUCK backpacks throughout the Challenge.
Yes, your bags will be weighted down with bricks, but if the Challenge
were easy you wouldn’t sign up. In fact, the greatest hurdle is signing
up. And while we do take our inspiration
from Special Forces training, the majority of our participants have no military
