Location Eau Gallie Civic Center
1551 Highland Ave, Melbourne
For safety reasons, no animals, baby joggers, skates, or
headphones permitted.
Must be off the causeway by 10:00 AM
Kids’ Run 1/4, 1/2, and 1 mile runs for children 12 and
under. This is a Space Coast Runners Youth Series event.

THE 10k COURSE:
The first half of the Eye of the Dragon 10K takes you through the gently rolling streets of historic Eau Gallie, nestled along the banks of the
Intercoastal Waterway. The last half sends you out and back over the Eau Gallie Causeway, providing a spectacular view of the barrier islands. If
you're lucky, you’ll catch a glimpse of the legendary dragon on the south tip of Merritt Island. The race begins at the Eau Gallie Civic Center, near the
corner of Pineapple Avenue & the Eau Gallie Causeway.
TAIL OF THE LIZARD:
The Tail of the Lizard 2 Miler is a timed run/walk that goes out and back over the Eau Gallie Causeway.
