Want us to set up and host a web page for your race? For a low one-time fee of $50, you can have a professional looking web site for your race.
This fee includes a home page plus up to 5 additional files to link to (race application, map, etc). We will also provide a map to the race. You
provide the race details and any graphics (pictures or logos you want us to use) electronically. We turn it into a web page and host it off of our
site. Runners can link directly to it for race and contact info. We will also do some promotion for you by featuring the race, sending the link to
local running clubs, and including links from our pages. It will probably show up in Google searches, but this usually takes a couple of weeks. The
promotion alone can add dozens or more runners to your starting line. Let us make it easy for you! You will probably get the $50 back several
times over. A race we recently promoted added 35% to its number of runners over last year, and this was its 32nd year!

Description:
1. This offer includes setting up a custom web page with links to up to 5 additional files, such as a course map, application form, etc. We will also
provide a map to the race.
2. This offer includes publishing and posting the web site for up to 1 year. If a race is recurring and you wish to remain published year after year,
the fee is $50 per year. This renewal rate is subject to change from year to year, but we will notify you well in advance if we anticipate any
changes.
3. Your page will be directly addressable, so that others can link to it from other race calendars, sponsor web sites, etc.
4. This offer includes limited ongoing updates or changes. We will make corrections if something is wrong or make minor changes as needed.

File Formats and Submissions:
1. Just send us the race brochure and we can usually take it from there. If you don't have a race brochure send us race info like location, age
group awards, sponsors, etc.
2. If you have additional graphics you want included, such as logos, maps, sponsor logos, etc, JPEG, bit map, GIF, and PNG are all acceptable or
they can just be pasted into a Word document. However, for large, detailed images bit maps provide the best resolution. We can help with
things like a "how to get there" map.
3. Include any additional files you would like to have linked, such as course maps, the application form, etc.

Payment and Data Transmission:
1. Please e-mail any files to runs2fast@fleastcoastrunners.com. Make sure we know what race they are for.
2. If you want us to create a web page, as opposed to just posting a flier, please mail check or money order for $50 to Florida East Coast Runners
at the address below. All checks should be payable to "Florida East Coast Runners".

We are trying to help fellow runners and race directors, so we tend to err on the side of doing more than you paid for. Let us help you.
